Funding Update: DeepMark’s $1.2 M Pre-Seed Round Enters Final Stretch

After a year of heads-down research, product hardening, and early customer pilots, we’re excited to share that only $360k remains open before we close our pre-seed round.

Audio watermarking that’s production-ready. Imperceptible, high-capacity IDs delivering <3 % BER in real-world tests.

Where does the fresh capital go?

Video watermarking R&D – extending our invisible-ID engine to frames and pixels so clients can secure multi-modal content with one toolset.

Scaling go-to-market – expanding our Belgrade and Podgorica teams, and opening a U.S. sales footprint to support policy-driven demand.

Regulatory readiness tooling – tightening detection dashboards to help customers meet EU AI Act and US NO FAKES requirements out of the box.

Why now

Regulation is no longer theoretical. The EU AI Act’s watermark mandate takes effect in 2026, and similar bills are advancing in the U.S. and APAC. Early adopters are already embedding provenance signals; late movers risk compliance penalties and reputational hits. DeepMark’s tech is battle-tested today and designed to evolve with new rules, giving creators and platforms a head start on an inevitable standard.
